Where it all started

RA*W, VEA, Result Recruitment and Glasnost joined forces to create as many internships as possible in the creative industry. The COVID-19 crisis had made finding an internship even more difficult. We asked all agencies in the creative sector not to abandon students in these times, instead to make room for diverse, young talent.

After a very successful campaign in February 2021, Adopt an Intern returned in September 2021 with a 2.0 version.

It all started with an open letter to the Dutch creative industry in December 2020:
